Writers block is not simple but not hard to overcome. It has a number of causes you may be overworked in writing, your mind may be occupied by other thoughts, stuff like that. So just follow the steps down below and they will help you with writers block
- Nature walk
- Sitting in a quiet environment clearing your head
- Exercise of any kind
Take a walk in a park or go on a trail thinking only about what you want to write about
Sit in a comfy chair in a quiet environment clear your mind, shut your eyes, think only about your book, or whatever else your writing about.
Exercise of any kind
Maybe lift weights, maybe walk a treadmill, I dont know just exercise. Dont listen to music dont count just go until your tired and think about your project. (WARNING dont lift the weights for gain, so lift light cause if you lift heavy with one arm and not the other you can cause unbalance to yourself) then after you are done lie down and your mind should be very clear, consider ideas.
Just read for 15, or 30 minutes, possibly an hour.
Whatever your writing about you need to research. And research clear your head and gets that one thought in your head giving you 100% productivity, you know as long as you have Mo-ti-vae-tion (sorry for the misspelling but it kinda need it as Va doesnt sound right)
