Could Washington Gas Get 40-Cents Cheaper?

Between January, and may Washington State gas prices have raised 20 cents, but now that may reverse. As gas prices may soon go below $3 USD per gallon, which still is not good with the national average laying at $2.50 USD per Gallon.

The reason for this sudden change is because of the $13 USD drop for a barrel of oil, and secondly because many closed down refineries, are reopening.
