Landlord Real Estate Tycoon is one of my all time favorite games. This game is very simple
- You start out with 50K
- You use that 50K to buy real property’s near you, and collect rent
- You grow over time
- You don’t need to make purchases
This game is actually very rare. It’s rare in the sense that it is a game with over 5 million downloads (at least on android) any you don’t need to purchase to reach the top. I got addicted to games like Game of War, and it always required purchases to move forward. Then eventually they started costing more, and more. This Killed Game of War. Landlord Real Estate Tycoon is different. Because it doesn’t push purchases on you it will probably be around for a super long time.
That ensures you that if you ever start to really love the game it will still be around, and active.
It gives you the peace of mind to know that eventually someday you can climb the leaderboards.
Then again I will say that the objective is easy. Start with 50K and grow from there by virtually buying local buisnesses. And build an EMPIRE.
One way you can greatly grow is the marketplace I once made $400 Billion by posting all my 30 properties with a combined value of around $2 billion on the marketplace. People with lots of in-game money just like to overspend, and buy what they think sounds cool on the marketplace.
The problem is though that you do have a cash meter, and a property limit, and city, and country shares cost coins. Which most people buy, but down below I can show you how you can get coins without purchasing.
- They offer 500 coins for writing an Honest review. This is equivalent to a 1% city share, and can help level up property limit.
- Gaining property value in the game gains levels, and you get coins for each level. Sell of you cheap property’s buy bigger better ones, and eventually as you level up purchase more property slots, or a couple city shares.
- They offer surveys for 5 coins
These are all great methods for getting free coins. Truth be told though I myself do make a couple purchases, look at my account down below. And let me say I’ve never made a $99 purchase only $10 ones here, and there.
As you can see I don’t have $400 billion. I will say that after the marketplace I couldn’t find enough properties to buy, and I didn’t have enough room, so I spent the entire $400 billion on $50 billion worth of properties on the marketplace. I bought 99.1% shares of Glastonbury, CT on the marketplace. Because on the marketplace cities, and countries don’t cost any money. Hey In the end the fact it that I put $2 billion down, and came out with $50 billion. That I eventually over a couple months turned into what I have now.
This is an awesome game, whether you have IOS, or android. It’s very smart, cheap and easy to play.
P.S they have a new update “Buy Lando” coming out soon, and we can’t wait to see it. As I’m to believe it will let you purchase actual land, with the buisnesses. After Reading this I hope you see how great a game Landlord Real Estate Tycoon is.
